Who processes data
The data controller for this website is Visual Media Factory, a freelancing agency based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact pr@visualmediafactory.com about privacy or to exercise your rights.
Information entered into calculators
Calculations run in your browser. Inputs such as salary, health measurements, cycle dates, birth dates and names are not sent to our server or exchange-rate providers. We do not create accounts or profiles from these inputs. Form entries are not persistently stored by the application. Your browser or device may separately retain history, autofill entries or printed files according to your settings.
Browser preferences
If you use favorites, your browser locally stores only calculator identifiers. It does not store the values you calculated. The Bosnian or English page address determines the language. Remove favorites by clearing this website's browser data. The calculators continue to work without saved preferences.
Technical data and security
When you open the website, the server and hosting provider process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request time, requested address including any query string, referrer, browser type and response status. We use this information for operation, abuse prevention and fault investigation, based on our legitimate interest in a secure service while protecting your rights. Calculator entries are not included in our application logs.
Retention
Technical records are retained only as needed for the stated operational and security purposes, subject to applicable legal obligations. Records relevant to an incident may be preserved while it is investigated or a legal claim remains active. Messages you send are kept as needed to respond and resolve the matter. You control local preferences through your browser.
Service providers and external websites
Hosting and email providers may process necessary technical information on our behalf. Where data is processed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, the safeguards required by applicable law apply. Our server retrieves rates and other public data from the named sources without your amounts or health inputs. When you open an external link, that website processes information under its own practices.
Advertising and tracking
This version of the website has no advertisements, analytics tags or advertising profiles. We do not sell calculator inputs. Before introducing additional tracking, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing. Data portability and withdrawal of consent apply when their legal conditions are met. We may request information necessary to verify your identity without collecting more than needed. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina at azlp.ba or another competent supervisory authority. We cannot access inputs that remained only in your browser.
Contact and changes
For an error report, send the calculator name and a description without medical records, identification numbers or other sensitive information. If you contact us, we use your address and message to reply. The date above identifies the last change to this notice.
